Code of Ethics & Operational Integrity
1. Purpose and Core Values
Tech Space Masters thrives on
trust, transparency and fair competition. This Code of Ethics establishes
binding rules to protect the efforts of our affiliates, ensure a fair
onboarding experience for prospects and maintain structural integrity across
our global tech and tourism marketing campaigns.
2. Professional Code of Conduct & Brand Representation
To maintain the prestige and
corporate image of Tech Space Masters, all members must present themselves
professionally when representing the company, attending events or using
corporate assets.
2.1 General Grooming, Hygiene and Maintenance Standards
•
Personal Hygiene: All members must maintain
impeccable personal hygiene and actively prevent body odor.
•
Oral Care: Members must brush their teeth
regularly and maintain fresh breath during all business interactions.
•
Nail Care: Long nails are strictly prohibited.
Nail designs must remain professional, avoiding too many contrasting or bright
colors.
•
General Hair Standards: Hair must be kept clean,
neat and professionally well-groomed at all times. Avoid excessively bright,
flashy or distracting hair colors.
•
Maintenance Timelines: Hair styles must be
systematically maintained. Headlines should be redone or refreshed at most
every one month to prevent an unkempt appearance.
•
Natural Hair (Ladies): Members managing natural
hair should ensure it is either blow-dried or styled to look exceptionally
well-organized and tidy.
•
Hair Accessories (Ladies): Use only
neutral-colored hairbands and accessories. Avoid excessive or distracting hair
decorations during professional operations and events.
•
Braid Length Regulations (Ladies): The length of
braids/wigs must not surpass the waist. Braids/wigs should ideally measure at
least to the middle of the lower back.
•
Overall Presentation: A sharp, clean and
professional appearance must be maintained across all corporate settings
(Company events included).
2.2 Grooming, Jewelry, and Appearance Standards for Men
Men within Tech Space Masters
must strictly adhere to the following professional grooming and accessory
metrics:
•
Hair Restrictions & Styling: Hair must be
clean, well-groomed, and professionally styled. Dreadlocks are strictly
prohibited.
•
Hair Maintenance: Men must cut, trim or shave
their head hair regularly—at minimum once every two weeks.
•
Beard and Facial Hair Policy: Beards must be
kept neat, trimmed, and closely well-groomed. Unkempt sideburns are strictly
prohibited.
•
Artificial Color Restrictions: The artificial
dying or coloring of head hair or beards is completely prohibited.
•
Piercing Restrictions: Men are strictly
prohibited from wearing nose piercings, earrings or any other visible
piercings.
•
Jewelry & Accessory Restraints: Men are
prohibited from wearing rings, excess necklaces or large chains during company
operations.
2.3 Makeup, Piercings and Jewellery Standards (Ladies)
•
Makeup Application: Makeup is fully acceptable
but must remain moderate, balanced and professional. Avoid excessive or overly
bright styles.
•
Earrings & Ear Piercings: Wear small, simple
earrings. Multiple ear piercings must be kept to a strict minimum, with one
standard pair of earrings highly recommended.
•
Facial & Body Piercings: Excessive facial or
body piercings are actively discouraged in corporate environments.
•
Jewelry & Bracelets: All jewelry choices
must be modest and professional. Bracelets are restricted to a maximum of two
at any time.
•
Rings: Avoid wearing large, overly flashy, or
“fancy” rings on the fingers during company business.
2.4 Strict Dress Code and Office Attire Regulations
To ensure a highly professional
workplace, certain clothing styles, colors and items are strictly prohibited
within the office environment, during corporate events and at business
meetings.
•
Color Restrictions: Members must avoid wearing
colors that are excessively bright, flashy, or distracting, including but not
limited to Yellow, Pink, Orange, and Purple.
•
Garment Cleanliness: All suits, clothing items,
shoes, and socks worn to work must be perfectly clean, ironed and
well-maintained.
•
Prohibited Casual & Comfort Wear: Sweatpants,
pajamas, jeans, khakis (“kakis”), tights, and pull-neck shirts/sweaters are
strictly banned from professional spaces.
•
Pants Fitting: Pants must be professional and
appropriately tailored. Sagging trousers (“sagging”) and excessively tight
pants are completely forbidden.
•
Business Meeting & Office Wear Standards: Standard
T-shirts are strictly prohibited. For men, a necktie is a mandatory
requirement. Short ties and bow ties are strictly prohibited within the office
environment.
•
Skirt & Dress Requirements (Ladies): All
dresses and skirts must have knee-length on the minimum. NO short dresses, mini
skirts and other revealing dresses.
•
All Garments must be appropriately tailored and well
fitting, rather than excessively tight.
•
Prohibited Cuts & Styles: Crop tops,
off-shoulder tops, off-shoulder dresses, short suits, and apparel displaying
cleavage are strictly forbidden. Long decorative slits in skirts or dresses are
prohibited.
•
Fabric Choices: Avoid overly revealing, sheer,
or excessively light clothing that compromises professional presentation.
•
In-Office Prohibitions: Sunglasses (“shades”)
are not permitted to be worn inside the office building.
2.5 Outerwear and Clothing
•
Overcoat Restrictions: Trench coats are to be
avoided within the workplace. Professional overcoats are preferred where
necessary.
•
Hoodies Restrictions: Hoodies (“hoodies”) are
strictly prohibited during official business days. Branded hoodies are only
allowed during public holidays.
2.6 Footwear and Sock Standards
Special events and formal
network gatherings require strict adherence to high-end wardrobe expectations.
•
Sock Regulations: Short socks are strictly
prohibited. Socks must be clean and of an appropriate professional length.
•
Heel Requirements (Ladies): For formal settings
and corporate events, women are required to wear heels with a maximum height of
at least 4 inches.
•
Men’s Footwear & Belt Coordination: Men must
wear clean, conservative leather dress shoes, strictly limited to traditional
black or brown colors. No fancy shoe colors are allowed. Shoes must be paired
with corresponding black or brown leather belts.
•
Prohibited Footwear: Sneakers, loafers
(“lophas”), sandals, slippers, and Crocs are completely prohibited from formal
events and general office operations.
2.7 Substance Use and Workplace Bans
•
Prohibited Substances: The consumption,
possession, or influence of any kind of drugs, smoking materials, or alcohol is
completely forbidden inside the office premises.
3. Office Premises, Kitchen Usage and Workspace Regulations
3.1 Kitchen Coordination & Provisions
To maintain hygiene and
operational efficiency, strict parameters govern the shared office kitchen
space:
•
Access Coordination: Entrance and usage of the
kitchen must be formally coordinated through the Inservice Team or the Manager
on Duty (MOD).
•
Morning hrs up to 9:30am
•
Noon 12:15pm–1:00pm
•
Evening 3:00pm–4:30pm
•
Night 7:00pm onwards
•
Personal Refreshments: Members are individually
responsible for carrying their own consumables where possible, including
personal cups, coffee, sugar or other private refreshments.
•
Restricted Times for Kitchen Access: Kitchen
access is strictly not permitted during Guest Registration periods, Closing
Sessions, and Official Meetings.
3.2 Office Area Regulations & Children Policy
To ensure and maintain a highly
productive, focused corporate workspace, office environment layout controls are
strictly managed:
•
Inservice Team Control: The internal Inservice
Team retains total authority to regulate, police, and control the designated
office area.
•
Active Workspace Restrictions: Children are
explicitly not permitted inside the active workplace sections of the building.
•
Disruptive Child Escalation: In the event that
children brought into the corporate building become stubborn, aggressive, or
disruptive to workplace tasks, the Inservice Team is fully authorized and
required by management to step in and handle the situation. In the event
children are affecting the BOM or other meetings, the Inservice team is
mandated to politely escort the parent/guardian out of the hall to avoid
disruption.
3.3 Board Room Use
The board room is to be used for
high level client meetings and must be coordinated by the Inservice team. The
boardroom also doubles as a convenient location to have your meals from.
3.4 Office Hours
•
The office hours are between 6am and 11pm.
•
Leaders flouting this policy will lose their office
keys.
•
Public Holidays and Saturdays are to be treated as
ordinary working days.
•
Sundays are open through coordination with top leaders
with office keys.
4. Inservice Authority & Financial Penalties
Undermining the internal
governance structures, functions, meetings, or executive responsibilities
assigned to the Inservice Team will be met with immediate financial deductions
based on leadership tiering.
•
Diamond Leaders Penalty: Any Diamond Leader
found guilty of undermining Inservice roles, protocols, or meetings will face a
mandatory account deduction of ksh 2,000.
•
Senior Leaders (and below) Penalty: Any Junior
Leader found guilty of undermining Inservice operations, schedules, or
designated rules will face a mandatory account deduction of ksh 1,000.
5. Reconciliation, Interpersonal Boundaries & Harassment
5.1 Sexual Harassment Policy
Tech Space Masters enforces an
absolute zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment to preserve a safe,
secure environment.
•
Prohibition: Sexual harassment of any nature is
strictly forbidden across all branches, events and meetings.
•
Immediate Disciplinary Action: In the event that
an individual is investigated and found guilty of sexually harassing others,
the organization will execute immediate and severe disciplinary measures.
•
Public Broadcasting Clause: To safeguard the
community and build network integrity, enforcement protocols include publicly
broadcasting the identity and details of the offender’s infraction to the
company structure.
5.2 Workplace Relationship & Dating Rules
Interpersonal dynamics must
never compromise professional operations, team morale, or client trust.
•
Office Dating Ban: Members and affiliates are
strictly not allowed to date inside the office environment.
•
Co-Operating Couples Protocol: Couples who
operate concurrently within the corporate business framework must maintain a
strictly professional relationship at all times while on company premises.
•
Public Displays of Affection (PDA): Public
displays of affection or any external behavior highlighting a personal romantic
relationship during official business hours or in the office are completely
prohibited.
6. Prospect Integrity, Anti-Poaching and Financial Fraud
To maintain a collaborative
ecosystem, all affiliates must respect customer ownership and process network
funds through official corporate channels only.
6.1 Resolution of Double Invitations
In scenarios where a single
prospect receives invitations from multiple affiliates, Tech Space Masters
defaults to established proof of engagement:
•
Prospect Verification: The prospect must first
explicitly confirm and approve which affiliate originally invited them to the
network.
•
First-Contact Recognition: The network
officially recognizes the very first invitation. Validation is based on the
person the prospect first met or was introduced to during the initial
registration process.
•
Verification: To resolve disputes, TSM strictly
relies on the physical presentation attendance record to verify who formally
hosted and registered the prospect first.
6.2 Poaching Violations & Financial Penalties
Violations regarding
cross-recruiting or poaching active affiliates (“Champions”) or their guests
carry severe financial consequences:
•
Direct Poaching Within TSM: If an affiliate is
found guilty of poaching an active Champion, a mandatory financial penalty of
ksh 4,000 will be deducted from the direct upline responsible for the
violation.
•
Upline Involvement & Accountability: If an
upline leader facilitates or is involved in a poaching infraction, a deduction
of ksh 1,000 will apply to their account. If account funds are insufficient,
the account will be placed into a negative balance of 1,000 (1k) where
applicable.
•
In cases where the poached individual has build a
network below them, them, the commissions earned and their entire network will
be moved to the correct upline.
6.3 Off-System Payments & Fee Redirection (M-PESA Violations)
To secure member transactions,
all entry and upgrade fees must pass directly through authorized company
billing channels. Redirection of corporate funds to personal accounts is a
severe compliance violation.
•
Prohibited Actions: Inviters are strictly
forbidden from requesting guests or members to send upgrade fees directly to
their personal M-PESA accounts.
•
Financial Penalty: If an inviter is found guilty
of routing an upgrade fee to their personal M-PESA, a mandatory penalty of Ksh.
5,000 will be deducted from their account.
6.4 Multiple Accounts
•
Strictly no affiliate is allowed to run more than 1
account.
•
Penalty: If an affiliate is found running
multiple accounts, they will all be compressed to the main (oldest) account and
ksh 5,000 penalty applied for each extra account.
6.5 Account Inheritance
Tsm account is inheritable just
like other big businesses. To effect this, one will be required to physically
present a legal agreement by a commissioner of Oaths. The company will also
provide a secure form allowing all active affiliates to provide their next of
kin details who assumes the defacto owner role in the event of Death of an
affiliate.
6.6 Impersonation
Any form of impersonation of
another affiliate is strictly against our fair marketing policies. Those found
violating this policy will receive a warning followed by ksh 2000 financial
penalty if they continue violating the same.
•
Account Balance Action: If the violator’s
account lacks sufficient funds, the system will apply a structural deduction,
forcing the account into a negative balance of 5k.
6.7 Personal Financial Autonomy
•
Lending Money: Lending money between affiliates,
leaders, or guests must remain entirely a personal decision made at the
individual’s own risk. The company assumes no legal responsibility or mediation
role for unpaid personal debts within the company.
7. Lineage, Structural Integrity, and Anti-Competition
7.1 Team & Champion Placement Corrections
•
Universal Team Transfer: If an entire team or
sub-network is found to be placed under the wrong inviter, the network will
initiate a structural override. The entire affected team will be transferred to
the correct inviter’s team structure.
•
Individual Champion Placement: If an individual
Champion is identified as incorrectly placed within the system, immediate
administrative action will be taken to realign them under their rightful
original sponsor.
7.2 Abandonement and Lineage Preservation
•
Lifetime Licence Maintenance: The company
operates under the policy of preserving foundational lineage assets. An
affiliate keeps their network for life.
•
Rank Supremacy: Structural positioning
challenges or leadership voids will be resolved by Our ranking system and
dynamic compression feature.
7.3 Cross-Company Restrictions & Dual Ownership Investigations
Operating competing MLM entities
dilutes team focus and creates fundamental conflicts of interest.
•
Poaching Audit Trigger: In cases where a member
is found to be running, managing or actively participating in two competitive
marketing companies concurrently, corporate compliance must initiate an
immediate investigation.
•
Corporate Investigation: The inquiry will focus
specifically on whether the member is actively poaching, diverting leads, or
transferring network training methodologies to the competing entity.
•
Disciplinary Outcome: If verified or if
cross-poaching is confirmed, the corporate investigation will culminate in the
immediate termination of the member’s account.
8. Online Training Policy
To maintain an open, accessible,
and reputable network environment, educational resources must be distributed
fairly without unapproved exploitation.
•
Free Training Mandate: There are absolutely no
charges allowed for attending or accessing online training sessions. All online
training must remain completely free to members and guests.
•
First-Offense Penalty: Any member found charging
fees for online training will receive an official written warning, followed by
a financial account penalty deduction of ksh 1,000 if not corrected.
•
Severe Action: If non-compliance continues, the
offending affiliate will face immediate account suspension for the next 90
days. If the behavior continues, full expulsion from the marketing organization
will follow.
9. Office Security, Loss Prevention and Welfare Fund
9.1 Theft and Security Policy
•
General Theft Rules: Anyone found guilty of
theft regarding TSM property, office assets or member funds will face immediate
legal action and their account will be terminated immediately.
•
Lost and Found Items: Any abandoned or lost
items discovered on office premises (including bags, phones, laptops, or other
valuables) must be promptly handed over to the Reception or the Manager on Duty
(MOD).
9.2 Welfare Fund Contributions & Scope
To support long-term
organizational safety nets and foster solidarity:
•
Minimum Contribution: Every member is required
to contribute a minimum of 500 toward the official company welfare fund to
ensure sustainability and support.
•
Scope of Assistance: The company welfare program
may provide organizational or monetary support for lifepath situations
including:
•
Weddings: Event planning help or specialized
company gifts.
•
Funeral and Burial Assistance: Bereavement
grants or logistics support for the immediate family members.
•
Asset Milestones (Cars / Houses): Strategic
advisory, financial facilitation or corporate recognition celebrating property
or personal vehicle purchases.
10. Corporate Identity, Badging and Merchandise Policy
10.1 Corporate Identity and Badging Rules
•
Identification Badges: For easy identification,
all members are required to wear an official company badge or identification
tag at all times while on company premises or at network events.
10.2 Branded Apparel and Merchandise Sales
•
Commissionable Merchandise: Commission payments
will apply to sales of other official business merchandise, specifically
including branded T-shirts, hoodies, and hats (“wats”).
•
Authorized Apparel Use: Branded T-shirts and
hoodies issued by the TSM may be worn on public holidays to actively promote
and strengthen the organization’s brand image. They are strictly prohibited
during formal business meetings where standard professional wear applies as
well as ordinary working days. They can also be worn during tour events, local
or international.
11. Leadership Ranks, Awards and Incentives
To reward exceptional
performance and organizational growth, Tech Space Masters recognizes official
rank advancements and distributes high-tier tech and travel rewards.
11.1 The 1M “Million Rank” Rewards & Incentives
Members who successfully attain
the 1M (Million Rank) milestone are eligible for a choice of high-tier tech
rewards (Samsung device, MacBook (Latest model) or an iPhone).
11.2 Elite Rank Names & Milestones
Beyond the Million Rank, the
official executive leadership tiers are established as follows:

2.5M Milestone: Crown Ambassador
•
5M Milestone: Global Ambassador
•
10M Milestone: Legacy Ambassador
•
20M Milestone: Elite Circle
12. Compliance, Enforcement and Disciplinary Timelines
12.1 Onboarding and Compliance Grace Period
•
Leaders Onboarding Timeline: New leaders are
expected to fully comply with all corporate dress code standards within three
(3) months of joining the Business. This adherence becomes especially mandatory
after a leader has achieved career earnings of ksh 15000.
12.2 Strict Reporting Window
•
Dispute Timelines: Any poaching or placement
complaint must be reported and addressed immediately after the upgrade of the
member involved. Not before.
12.3 Drug Abuse and Workplace Intoxication Policy
•
Banned Activity: The use, possession, or
distribution of any kind of drugs, smoke, or alcohol on office premises is
strictly illegal.
•
First-Offense Penalty: Anyone caught using,
possessing, or distributing drugs will be issued a formal written warning,
alongside a mandatory workspace suspension where they must not show up in the
office for one (1) week.
•
Repeat Offenses: If repeated, a mandatory
suspension punishment from the office for one (1) month will be enforced.
•
Meeting Intoxication Protocol: Members/guests
arriving at official network meetings/events intoxicated (“drunk”) will be
excused and escorted off the premises by company security. No intoxicated
guests shall be permitted to register for BOM or company activities.
12.4 Consequences for Non-Compliance with Dress/Conduct Codes
•
Mandatory Remote Redirection: Any member found
out of compliance with regular appearance or behavioral standards will be
immediately removed from the corporate workspace and ordered to work from home.
•
Re-entry Prerequisites: The non-compliant member
will be required to remain remote and will only be permitted to return to the
office after proving they can fully meet the required corporate standards.
•
Investigation Audits: The company reserves the
right to audit team placements, verify physical attendance logs, check event
compliance, investigate off-system payments and freeze pending payouts during
active compliance investigations.
13. Member Acknowledgement & Sign-Off
By accepting this Code of Ethics, I certify that I have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the policies, and operational integrity guidelines outlined in this master Code of Ethics for Tech Space Masters. I acknowledge that violations carry binding financial penalties, public broadcasting of infractions, workspace suspension, or outright account termination.
